As you know, I was sure I would have gained back all 5 pounds back that I had lost in the last two weeks before my camping trip last weekend.
Well the scale has spoken and the verdict is….
I’m down 2 pounds!!!!
That means that whatever I did gain last weekend, if I did, I burned off, and still lost weight this week!
I’m so happy that I am jumping for joy!
So what did I do this week?
I didn’t sit on my butt all week. That’s what. I’ve kept moving, I was on the Devil every day, I walked the Prince Wall-E Magnifico Puppino ( who should get walks every day, and didn’t. I know Tuesday he didn’t ), and while I still ate some crap food, I didn’t completely blow it.
I just did what I was supposed to … mostly.
This is a good thing for me because I have a job where I sit on my rear ALL DAY LONG and my fit bit could EASILY not show more than 2,000 each day. So the fact that I was able to show a minimum of 7,000 EVERY DAY all week, is a good thing for me.
So here is to another week of NOT sitting on my fat butt all day.
